Our body is composed of 3/4 water. The earth is also 3/4 water. What does that information tell you?

For me, it means I have to drink lots of water to prevent dehydration. It also means learning how to swim so when the need arises that I fall on that large body of water, I can survive. It also means that when I make travel plans around the world, that I don’t limit myself on my travels on land. I should also take into consideration cruising! I can take, for example, the Royal Caribbean cruise line, which even offers travel insurance for free if I book for at least 5 nights.

It’s almost 2am. I need to sleep and continue the dream on my bed.

Last September 19, 2010, the Topicsmaster during the Ladies’ Night asked a question, “What is your dream?”

One answered that he wanted to see experience once again having a reunion with his family and relatives since all of them are out of the country and he’s left alone. I felt the sadness and the desire. He’s 58 but looks a lot younger, though.

Another answered, having recently graduated from college, that he wanted to give back to his parents who sacrificed so much just so he can have the education he now has.

I wanted to answer but I felt that it would be so extravagant so I dared not. My dream? To country-hop the world! I want to visit each country and stay for merely 3 weeks maximum then go to the next country. I’d like to see the world! I want to fly and enjoy the seas (like taking Royal Caribbean cruises), hike mountains and forests. I’d like to see the jungles of Africa, walk the Great Wall of China, dive the corral reefs all over the world (including the Philippines!), and see everything I will be blessed to see!

From my standpoint and available resources, that would be impossible but I won’t lose hope. It’s been a childhood dream. I know I will be able to, maybe not in the near future, but I will…with my whole family!

You’ve probably known that it was my childhood dream to country-hop the world. It is still my dream until now, with a major edition: the whole family must come with me. Yeah, it’s becoming more of a dream than a reality but what fun is it if you can’t share it with the ones you love most?

So, who’s from Scottsdale? What can you boast of your place? No better people can tell than the residents themselves, right?

If I’d like to live there for good and search for Scottsdale real estate, what would you recommend? I’d like the mix of nature and city life…the peace and quiet of nature and the accessibility of all things modern…especially during emergencies.

What do you not like about your place? I’d like to know. I have to know, to be prepared. What you don’t like may not matter to me but still, I’d like to know.

It may still be farfetched but I still dream to country-hop the world with my whole family. It used to be that the dream was mine alone since I was a child. I love traveling. It’s just not as feasible as I wanted it to be.

All my life I’ve lived in several places. Moving seems to have been a part of me that it doesn’t daunt me at all. Our latest move was just 2 weeks ago. I packed our things just the day before. Nothing much to pack. That’s the beauty of having less. (What I can’t leave behind, though, are what you call trash but I save them for my recycling projects which I post at globalrecycledproducts dot com.)

Going round the world would mean staying just for a maximum of 3 weeks in each place. Maybe 2 would be ideal. One week would be fine but I’d like to go attend Church services where I belong to so a Saturday in between weeks would be great.

So, if I would be going to your place, what can your place offer me to make the most out of it? How was your December 2009 vacation? How did it go? Did you think that you could have prepared early? Were there expectations not met or unexpected happenings? So many should-haves and could-haves?

It’s a waste spilling over spilled milk. Look into the future instead and plan for it. How about this year’s December getaway? It may be just nearby like a bus ride away or a bit farther that a ship would be needed. Even farther? A plane needed? Whatever it is, plan for it and focus on it.
