Yawara, The Fashionable Judo Girl

Self-defense is a skill I’d like to learn and teach my kids, especially that they are all girls. That’s why we are interested in learning aikido.

On TV, though, there is this anime showing for just 15 minutes from Monday to Friday, 1:30pm-1:45pm. It’s called Yawara and it’s the name of our star.

We’ve missed some of the episodes and it was my hope of looking for them but could not find any that has at least English subtitles. Would any of you know where I can find them? Free, of course.

If only I can afford to go to some las vegas shows then I don’t have to mind Yawara.
