Rugby is not for everyone. But for those who chose the path and know how to use it to strengthen the body, I’m sure it is worth learning and enjoyable.
Oftentimes, people forget how to inhale right. Inhaling right while enjoying rugby makes quite a big difference. You lose oxygen if you inhale wrongly; rather you don’t get enough oxygen if you don’t inhale rightly.
I’m quite sure, those who are successful are reaping the benefits of rugby. The likes of Jonny Wilkinson, Neil Jenkins, Ronan O’Gara, Stephen Jones, Gavin Hastings and Chris Paterson are just among the few who are engrossed and fully do well with rugby.
Oh…I’m not blogging about the sticky stuff you put on your shoes to attach the soles to the shoes, ok…it’s the famous game with a ball like football!
For those who are curious and for those who are very much awaiting for the RBS 6 Nations Chapionship for 2008, you can get the rugby podcast to stay informed where ever you may be.
Now for that sticky version, don’t inhale that, ok. As for the game version, you really need to inhale right. Imagine you are exercising. Inhaling right gives you more oxygen than skipping inhalations which normally happens if we are not quite aware. ![]()
