Saphrym is a Jack-of-all-trades-and-probably-masters-most-of-what-he-knows kind of guy. Just reading his About page is very much entertaining. A writer at heart enveloped in a physique he wants to change.
Reading his posts, suddenly you see right through him. Suddenly those pounds get shed. That’s because he’s a sweet guy, very loving to his family. That friendliness abounds in all the posts I’ve read.
One thing I took notice of is his Losing Weight Costs Money article which enumerates the myths any dieter develops in his mind to postpone the action to lose weight. I fully agree.
That’s the same person giving away $250 plus 1000 Entrecard credits on his daughter’s birthday on February 27, 2008.
I’m sure going back to his blog often to watch out for treasure…be it in the form of contests won, tips learned, or mere fun filled.
Be sure to pass by his way to find out for more (as there are lots more). In fact I’ve favorited him at Technorati and subscribed to his feeds.
I have a feeling he is as spontaneous as I am too.
