There are lots of file sharing services on the net but let’s review one that is currently holding a contest till Dec. 18, 8pm EST and here is the prize:
At Filelime, not only can you join the contest while it is still open but you can also upload anything that you can share without even having to register and you still get the link to your upload so you can refer to it just like I did to my upload as a mere test to the service. This is my upload.
For the contest, you must have a blog. Anyone worldwide can join but note the date above. If you don’t have one yet, you might want to make one if you can still handle the pressure given the limited time.
As for the service, it says that it’s served for free, you get 150MB of free space (I just wonder how that will be tracked since you don’t need to register…by IP?), 5 multiple uploads (just click on the ‘Add another file’ link), progress bar uploader (this is handy since you can see how much longer it will take), no wait, signups or limitation.
I guess it’s worth a find…and something to blog about.
